The Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders training is designed for CSEC members who want a strengths-based talent development foundation required for leading faith-based gift ministries and facilitating talent/strengths small group processes. In this training, you will learn how to use the Gallup CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) talent assessment, giving you a starting place in which to articulate your unique talents, the foundation for your strengths.
