We know how effective learning about and applying knowledge of strengths is for the individual, but it can be even more helpful when applied to your faith community ministry.  In this three-session learning module, you and one or two of your cohorts can work with other faith communities to determine the community strengths, successes, challenges, and formulate a strengths and engagement ministry that will be a great fit for your faith community members.

The facilitator for Strengths in Our Faith Community is Mary Kennedy, a Gallup Certified Faith Facilitator, who has worked with parishes in Minnesota to assist them in starting up strengths and engagement ministries in their parishes.  Mary has presented workshops on strengths through the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and presented at the International Catholic Stewardship Conferences. 

Strengths in Our Faith Community Fee Includes:

• Registration for up to three participants per faith community

• Session Handouts

• Access to Downloadable Small Group Processes

• Three 75-minute Group Zoom Sessions

Prerequisites: 

• Completed the Gallup CliftonStrengths® Talent Assessment

• At least one person in your three-person cohort needs to have completed CSEC’s Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders OR attended at least one Gallup coaches course.
